George and the dragon

"George and the Dragon" is a powerful and thought-provoking art project that delves into the devastating effects of war on individuals and communities. Inspired by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, the project seeks to explore the themes of power, injustice, and poverty that arise from wars.

At the heart of the project are a series of visual stories that depict the destructive and manipulative nature of political interests and the twisted narratives that often accompany them. Using a minimalist style characterized by simple shapes and colors, the artist creates compositions that capture the raw emotions and experiences of those caught in the midst of conflict.

One piece, for example, shows two female figures locked in combat, representing the struggle for power and dominance that often plays out during times of war. Another piece depicts the devastation and desolation of war zones, with dark clouds hovering over a city and injured civilians being carried away from explosions and falling buildings. The project also addresses the issue of violence against women in war zones, with images of male soldiers advancing and taking control over territories and women, and planes bombing from above. In addition to the visual artworks, the project also includes a short animation video that provides a timeline for the stories and offers a glimpse into the creative process behind the art.

"George and the Dragon" is a poignant and moving tribute to the victims of war and a call to action to work towards peace and justice in our world.
